In May 2014 it was announced by Yamaha Music that the UK and Ireland piano distribution of Acoustic and Hybrid Yamaha Pianos will be carried out by G&R Removals Ltd of West London. It really is an exciting opportunity for our Company and for the UK and Irish Piano Industry as a whole. We intend to offer an unprecedented service for dealers of Yamaha Pianos with a scheduled timetable of distribution. Yamaha Pianos awarded G&R Removals Ltd with the Nationwide contract (save for a few London shops) based on our experience, reputation and capabilities, together with our fair price structure, timetable of collection and distribution and our knowledge of the Yamaha range of pianos extending from their Clavinova pianos, Hybrid Pianos like the Yamaha NU1 or Yamaha N2 (pictured below), through the popular range of Upright Yamaha Pianos like the Yamaha U1 and U3 Pianos right to the impressive and well regarded CF series, Yamaha Concert Grand piano (also pictured below)

Yamaha Pianos were founded in Japan in 1887 by Toraksu Yamaha when he constructed his first reed organ, then in 1897 the Nippon Gakki Co was formed, now known as the Yamaha Corporation, the first Yamaha Pianos went into production in 1900. In 2008 Yamaha Pianos acquired the highly regarded and historical Piano factor,y the Bösendorfer Klavierfabrik GmbH in Vienna and continue to produce Bosendorfer Pianos with the investment and support of Yamaha Pianos.

YAMAHA UPRIGHT PIANOS CHRISTMAS 2015

Piano Auctions Ltd has been well known in the past for being able to offer a good number of both Yamaha Model U1s and U3s. Recently second-hand Models of these pianos have been harder to come by so we are delighted to be able to offer seven Model U3s dating from 1994 to 2000 as well as a ‘handmade’ Yamaha SU131 of circa 2003 in our 17th December 2015 sale.
